Job Summary

We are seeking two experienced and detail-oriented Shop Drawing Engineers to join our contracting team. The selected candidates will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating shop drawings in accordance with project requirements, approved designs, and construction standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit accurate shop drawings for approval.
  • Coordinate and incorporate consultant comments and design revisions.
  • Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and approved materials.
  • Support site teams by providing technical clarifications and updated drawings.
  • Maintain proper documentation and drawing records throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in shop drawing preparation within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit and other drafting software is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of architectural and structural shop drawings and construction details.
  • Familiarity with UAE construction standards, specifications, and authority requirements.
  • Ability to interpret IFC drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
  • Experience in coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Construction Worker

Job description

We are seeking hardworking and dependable Construction Workers (Helpers) to join our contracting team. The successful candidates will assist in various construction activities, support skilled tradesmen, and contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment on site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and other skilled workers in daily site activities.
  • Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment.
  • Prepare and clean work areas before and after activities.
  • Support excavation, concreting, block work, and general construction tasks as required.
  • Operate basic hand tools safely and efficiently.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and wear the required PPE.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Site Supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in construction work is preferred.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor.
  • Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers.
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials.
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and under demanding site conditions.
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.
